About

“A Better Life” pretty much sums up what I’m all about. I believe each of us has the option (if we so choose) to create a better life for ourselves and those around us. (Think of it as a “ripple” effect. As we become better people, we in turn, influence those around us).

What would I know? I can let you know that I have suffered from severe depression (even to the point of seriously contemplating suicide). In that dark valley of my life (I’ve been through that valley more than once!) I have fought to keep perspective of what I want out of life. Through changing the way I think about myself, refocusing on where I want to head and what I am actually here (on Earth) for, I found a whole bright new future!

That future consists of the altruism of me helping people become better than they were yesterday. To focus on their goals and dreams. To help people realise that we are allย  unique and special and can achieve whatever they wish. (It just takes focus and determination.)

If I help just one person (I hope I can help more, though!) realise their latent potential and help them tap into it and have a life they dreamed of, then I have acheived my goal.

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step” – Lao-tzu

Take that first step…have fun on the journey! (That’s important…to have fun as you create a better life for yourself)

I’m with you on your journey…Let’s do it!

  1. This is a great site. You have some reasons to blog that line up with my own. It is much healthier to help others through sharing the struggles and lessons than to dwell on the straggles and never be free from them. Keep up the great work, sending blogging blessings your way!
